The Ri – ALLESTIAMO project aims to promote active inclusion for people with cognitive disabilities by going beyond simple accessibility, involving participants in a process of cultural regeneration. The core of the initiative is the recovery and re-installation of the Museum of San Francesco in Montone. The young participants, supported by museum operators, a speech therapist, and an art therapist, will take part in all phases: restoration, handling of artworks, study of the new collection, design of the new exhibit, and much more. They will document the process with photos and a final video and will ultimately create an Easy to Read and AAC guide for the new museum.
